Unable to identify fields in table using Validate SAP Block.

While working with SAP application, sometimes user faces the issue of not able to identify the field in the table as shown in the below screenshot.

Usually user will face this issue because of the screen resolution is set to more than 100%. In order to resolve this issue, we suggest that user should follow the following steps:

  1. Go to SAPLOGON properties.

  2. Choose compatibility.

  3. Change High DPI settings.

  4. Check Override High DPI for Application.

  5. Click on OK.

  6. Restart Leapwork and SAPLOGON.

NOTE: This problem can also be encountered by the user using Leapwork for Green Screen Automation, in order to get it resolved user need to apply the same settings as shown above.

Leapwork supports SAP GUI 7.

The options shown here for dialog box are basis Window Server edition. On other Window versions the options may differ or available at different locations.
