# This installation package could not be opened

## Description
Usually it happens when we try to install 32-bit msi on a 64-bit system or vice versa.

## Resolution
You can fix this issue by following below steps:

1. Verify your operating system by navigating to: Control Panel >> System and Security >> System. (it is either 32-bit or 64-bit system as shown below) 
2. Now download the same version of msi (32-bit or 64-bit as found above) from [https://portal.leapwork.com/](https://portal.leapwork.com/) and install it.
