# How to remove unused elements from a Leapwork flow or folder?

**Introduction**

During our day-to-day flow creation activities, we create lots of elements/images/data which are not used and lay there for a long time without being used. It is wise to get rid of these unused assets and to remove unnecessary data from the database for the purpose of clarity and maintainability.

**Remove Unused Elements**

1. Right click on Flow or folder to open a fly-out menu.  
2. In the menu click on "Remove Unused Elements".

3. Click "Yes" if you agree to delete the elements.

**Note**: User can delete elements under multiple flows by performing above operation at the parent folder level.
