How to remove unused elements from a Leapwork flow or folder?

Introduction

During our day-to-day flow creation activities, we create lots of elements/images/data which are not used and lay there for a long time without being used. It is wise to get rid of these unused assets and to remove unnecessary data from the database for the purpose of clarity and maintainability.

Remove Unused Elements

1. Right click on Flow or folder to open a fly-out menu.

2. In the menu click on "Remove Unused Elements".

3. Click "Yes" if you agree to delete the elements.

Note: User can delete elements under multiple flows by performing above operation at the parent folder level.
