# How to integrate Leapwork with TeamCity

**Description:**

TeamCity from JetBrains is a well-known and widely used build server. Leapwork has built a native plugin for the TeamCity server, making it easy to trigger Leapwork cases from a build definition in TeamCity and collect results the right way.

To download the plugin and access configuration instructions, please visit the GitHub repo link [**here.**](https://github.com/Customatics/Leaptest-Integration)

**Instructions** :

**Step 1.** Choose any project from TeamCity and add the build steps to be executed.

**Step 2.** Add the New Build-Step "Leapwork Integration" to your project.

**Step 3.** Enter your Leapwork controller hostname or IP address, e.g., "win10-agent20" or "localhost."

**Step 4.** Enter the Access key for the controller.

**Step 5.** Enter your Leapwork controller API port. The default is 9001.

**Step 6.** Enter the time delay in seconds. When the schedule is run, the plugin will wait for this amount of time before getting a schedule state. If the schedule is still running, the plugin will wait for the same amount of time again. By default, the value is set to 5 seconds.

**Step 7.** Select how the plugin sets the "Done" status between the "Success" or "Failed" values.

**Step 8.** After entering all the above details. Click on Save Button.

**Step 9.** Now click on Edit button of the build steps.

**Step 10.** Now click "Select Schedules" to get a list of all available schedules. Select the schedules you want to run and click on Save button.

**Step 11.** Run your project and get the results.

**Step 12.** View the status of the build.
