Steps to Enable Salesforce Fusion Recorder in Leapwork

In this article, you'll learn how to enable the Salesforce Fusion Recorder in Leapwork. For Leapwork versions 2025.2.0 and 2025.2.200, the Salesforce Fusion Recorder must be enabled manually before it can be used. Starting with version 2025.3.0, the feature is Generally Available (GA) and is enabled by default.

By default, in versions 2025.2.0 and 2025.2.200, the Salesforce Fusion Recorder and the related Salesforce blocks are not visible in Leapwork Studio until the recorder is enabled. If you attempt to use these features without enabling them first, they will not appear in your workspace.

Here’s how you can enable them easily:

Default View (Before Enabling)

When Salesforce Fusion is not enabled, the Salesforce Fusion Recorder and blocks are hidden.

To enable Salesforce Fusion Recorder, follow the steps as below:

Step 1:

Open the studio config file using the following path:

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Leapwork

(Replace "YourUsername" with your actual Windows username)

Step 2:

Search for the line " EnableSalesforceFusion" and set its value to True.

Note: If the parameter isn’t already in the file, simply create it by manually adding the code below in the same format:

"EnableSalesforceFusion": true,

Step 3:

Save the file and restart Leapwork Studio.

After restarting, you’ll see the Salesforce Fusion Recorder and blocks available in your workspace.

Please Note: This feature is available from version 2025.2.xx onwards.
