Generating a Name in Leapwork
Entering a name is one of the most basic and essential requirements for a user to sign up on any web or desktop application. Users need to be able to enter a valid name to be able to proceed further especially during the signup and checkout processes for websites and applications.
In most of the test cases, we would need user information and the name is the most important detail in user information. Therefore it is essential to be able to test these process flows that require the use of a Valid name to ensure a smooth User experience.

How can I generate a random Name within Leapwork?
We can follow the shown steps along with Images. To generate a Name.
Step 1: We will start by using a Generate Number block, This will help us to get the length(number of characters) of our name.
Step 2: We will now use generate password block to get any random alphabet for the name.
Step 3: Now we will pass the result value from generating number block to length column in generate password block.
Step 4: Now we will pass the result value from generating the password block to the Log message block to capture the name.
Step 5: we can run the flow to generate a random name as shown in the below fig.
