Do I need more than one seat per user?
Introduction
The number of seats required depends on the customer’s specific requirements. Several factors influence while deciding the number of seats, including:
- Number of users creating automation cases
- Number of Agents/Robots required to execute the cases
- Whether working in a team or as an individual
Single Seat vs Platform Version
- Single Seat: With a single seat, the user must install Leapwork Studio, Controller, and Agent on a single computer. Sharing of automation flows is not available in this setup.
- Platform Version: The Platform version can be installed in a distributed environment, supporting multiple users, automation case sharing, version history, governance, and more.
Additionally, the Platform version comes with a minimum of 2 Agents/Robots.
