Changes required in the strategy generated with respect to occurrence in Salesforce

Introduction

Using Salesforce, sometimes Leapwork is not able to generate a unique strategy to capture an element. Therefore, manual changes are required in the generated strategy with respect to occurrence.

Capture new element with occurrence

1. Click web element clear fields > Capture new web element.

2. Click clear fields.

3. Click web element clear fields > edit web element.

4. Click Validate.

5. In edit web element > Use occurrence, enter a value.

6. Click Validate.

7. Click Save.

Make manual changes in the generated strategy

1. Click web element Edit Quote > create new web element.

2. Select Edit Quote.

3. Click web element Edit Quote > edit web element.

4. Click Validate.

5. Click Save.
