# Can't capture Desktop UI element in a pop up

**Description**  
In MS Access and other MS Office products, menu pop-ups disappear before a UI element is captured. It happens due to the fact that MS Office receives a notification about mouse button release earlier than Leapwork does.

**Resolution**  
Click on the UI element you are trying to capture and don't release the mouse button until the element is successfully captured.
