Automate SAP Fiori applications

Introduction

SAP Fiori is a user experience (UX) for SAP software. SAP customers can use this UX for various solutions, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP Ariba, SAP Cloud for Customer, etc.

This article details SAP Fiori workarounds for:

• Perform actions on dropdown using Leapwork Set web dropdown block in SAP Fiori application.
• Capture a dropdown using Leapwork Get web dropdown block in SAP Fiori application.
• Scroll vertical and horizontal to find the required element in SAP Fiori application.
• Test end to end use cases for SAP Fiori application.

Note: This flow is applicable to S/4HANA 2022 version.

Vertical Scrolling Workaround

1. Login to SAP Fiori App.

2. Search Create Purchase Order and select the Create Purchase Order Advanced application.

3. Select the standard PO option on the dropdown and enter the:

   • Header details supplier code
   • Purchase org
   • Purchase group
   • Company code under Org.Data tab

4. Enter the item level details:

   • Material
   • PO Quantity
   • Plant

5. Press enter key to fetch the material information.

6. Click Save to create the purchase order. Transaction completed.

7. Click Document Overview On. It will display all the created purchase order list.

8. In Document Overview > Change Breakdown, select value to add scroll.

Dynamic Vertical Scrolling Workaround

The data is dynamically loaded and passed in find element. The scroll function finds building block properties and source element in click web element block.

1. Login to SAP Fiori App.
2. Search the Manage Product.
3. Select the Manage Product Master Data application.
4. Click Create button and fill the basic data.
5. Click double squares box icon in Product Group.
6. Scroll down vertically to select value.
