Automate MS Teams profile click event

Introduction

You can automate a flow with show profile picture in MS Teams that shows the names and profile pictures of the employees of a certain department.

As a workaround, whenever you try to hover on the profile image icon in MS Teams to click on the profile image, the click event can happen even when you click outside button instead of clicking on the image specifically, as shown in the screenshot below.
