With this new Feature for Reassign Agent to Team

This new capability makes it possible to reassign unused agents directly from the Agents view. Administrators can quickly identify agents that are not currently linked to any runlists, schedules, or tests, and move them to the appropriate team with ease.

Full Transparency with Audit Logging

Every change made during agent reassignment is recorded in audit logs, providing complete visibility into who performed updates and when. This supports compliance and accountability while ensuring that administrators can easily track historical adjustments and troubleshoot issues related to resource allocation.

Steps to Reassign an Agent to a Different Team

Step 1: Login with Leapwork admin credentials and go to the Agents page.

Step 2: Right-click on the unused agent that you want to move to a different team and select the option Reassign Agent to Team.

Step 3: Select the team to which you want to move the agent and click on Submit.

After this, a message will appear confirming that the agent has been reassigned successfully.

Note: If the agent is currently assigned to any runlists, schedules, or flows, you will receive a message asking you to unassign the agent before proceeding.
