SSO users not visible in the Users tab

In some environments, SSO users may not appear in the Users tab in the Platform / Enterprise UI. This can happen when database maintenance issues (such as index fragmentation) cause the query used to retrieve existing AD users to time out.

If SSO users are missing from the Users tab, we recommend that administrators:
