The License page shows the subscription information and operational limits that apply to your company in Leapwork Go.
Open the License page
- Sign in to the Admin Portal.
- Select License from the left navigation.
What you can review on this page
The page displays your company name together with the current plan.
It also shows these key fields:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Annual VUH limit | The total Virtual User Hours available under your annual subscription |
| Max. virtual users | The maximum number of virtual users that can run at the same time |
| Retention policy | How long Leapwork Go keeps results from past executions |
| Plan VUH | The VUH quota associated with your current plan |
| AD users allowed | The number of Active Directory users supported by the plan |
| Status | Whether the company subscription is active |
| Next refill | The next scheduled refill date for available capacity |
Depending on your subscription type, the page may also show plan-upgrade messaging.
How to use this information
- Use Annual VUH limit and Plan VUH to confirm your contracted capacity.
- Use Max. virtual users before planning large-scale executions.
- Use Retention policy to understand how long execution results remain available.
- Use Next refill when planning future load or performance cycles.
- Use Status to confirm that the company subscription is active.
