My Licenses

The My Licenses section in the Customer Portal provides customers with detailed information about their licenses, including current status, utilization, and options for offline activation. This feature ensures that users have full visibility and control over their license usage, enhancing their ability to manage and optimize their resources effectively.

The dashboard provides an overview of all your cases, displaying key information and allowing for easy interaction. The dashboard includes the following details:

• License Key ID: A unique identifier for each license key.
• Machine Name: The name of the machine on which the license is active.
• License Key: The actual license key.
• Email: The specific email associated with the license.
• Status : The current status of the license (Active, Expired or Pending Activation).
• Controllers: The number of controllers included with the license.
• Seats: The number of seats/users that can use the license.
• Agents: The number of agents associated with the license.
• Expiration Date: The date when the license will expire.

For each license, it is possible to:

• Copy the License Key: Use the license key for activation during the installation process.
• Send the License Key to Email : Receive the license key via email.
  Note: Ensure that the email address associated with your account is up-to-date to receive the license key without issues.
• Download License: Allows you to download the .lic file for offline installation.
• Request Additional Resources: Send a request to acquire additional resources if needed.
