Add-ons

The Add-ons section allows customers to enhance their Leapwork platform by activating additional features and functionalities. These add-ons provide advanced capabilities, enabling users to extend the platform's utility and customize it according to their specific needs. The following features will be available:

• Cloud Agents
• Cloud Blocks
• AI Blocks

Features Activation

To access these features:

1. Click Know more to get all the details about this feature.
2. Click the Request or Activate button to send an email to the CSM in charge of the account.

Each add-on can have one of the following activation statuses:

• Not Requested: The feature has not yet been requested by the user. Users have the option to request the activation of this feature.
• In Progress: The request for the feature activation has been made and is currently being processed. Users will be notified once the activation is complete.
• Activated: The feature is active and available for use. This status indicates that the requested feature has been successfully activated and is now operational.
